Our event attracts over 1200 paddlers and spectators each year at Rocky Point Park, Port Moody, BC, rain or shine!
Paddlers are happy, friendly people who love to shop between races and work up an appetite on the water. According to our statistics and survey feedback, most of our shoppers are women, therefore we’re looking for merchants who sell women’s products like clothing, jewelry, art, and any related sport or fitness items. Of course, we’re also looking for shopping for the men!
Our event is being held on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
We're looking for a variety of overall food and merchant offerings.
Tents, tables and chairs are NOT provided.
Merchant tent and table areas must be no larger than 10’ x 10’. *No exceptions.
Electricity is NOT provided.
Merchants and food trucks are covered under the Inlet Spring Regatta Port Moody special event license.
Food trucks must display their 2024 inspection decal. Call 604-469-4529 to schedule an inspection in Port Moody.
All vendors must carry their own insurance. "Nothin' Dragon Paddling Society" must be listed on the insurance policy for the event day.
